  1. How do I register ?
    Simply enter your email address and select a password for 1888callfree.com. We will send you a confirmation email with a link to activate your account.

    Only one account can be registered per computer / IP address.
  2. How do I activate my account ?
    Click on the Activation Link email we send you after registration. You will be asked to confirm your email and password. After you do so, you will be directed to your Account Page.
  3. I did not get my activation email !I did not get my activation email !
    Check your inbox, or your “junk” or “bulk” folder, our email may have landed there - and make sure that you add customerservice@1888callfree.com to your address book, so that you can receive our emails in your inbox.
  4. Where is my PIN ?
    Your PIN is the Activation email. Make sure you write it down and keep it in a safe place.

    If you don’t remember your PIN, sign-in to 1888callfree.com, click on Modify Account link and click on Resend My PIN. The PIN will be sent to your registered email address within 10 minutes.

    You can also send us an email from the registered email address requesting your PIN and we will resend it to you.
  5. Can I change the EMAIL address that I used to register with 1888callfree ?
    Yes you can. After you sign-in, click on the Modify Account link and complete change my email address option. Please make sure you remember the new email address you register.
  6. Can I change the password I registered with 1888callfree ?
    Yes you can. After you sign-in, click on the Modify Account link and complete change my password option.
  7. Can I terminate my account ?
    Yes you can. After you sign-in, click on Modify Account link, enter the reason for termination and click on Terminate my Account link.
  8. How do I get CALLFREE points ?
    Your 1888callfree Account Page has many advertisement offers. Click on the ad you want to complete and that will take you to our sponsor’s site. After you complete the ad, your account will be credited with the CALLFREE points you need to make free phone calls.
  9. What are Daily Super Surveys ?
    The Daily Super Surveys appear on the right site of your Account Page and offer a great opportunity to earn quick points. The daily Super Surveys can be completed everyday, so you can easily earn more points each day.
  10. How many points can I earn in a day ?
    There is a daily maximum of 1,000 points that can be earned in one calendar day.
  11. I clicked on ads, but did not get the points…
    You have to complete the entire ad to earn points. Some ads ask only for an email, others for more information.

    Please make sure to read the Sponsors’ requirements when you click through the ads, as they may differ among the campaigns. 1888callfree will credit your account only if the ads are completed according to the Sponsors’ terms and if you provide accurate information.
  12. How long does it take to get the points ?
    In most cases, you will get your points within 30 minutes from completing the ad. Sometimes it may take longer, because we need confirmation from the ad websites that the ad was completed. Some ads may take up 24 hours to credit, but you will see the message “It may take up to 24 hours for this campaign to credit points” when you will first click on this type of ad.

    If you do not get your points in a timely matter, please email us, we will check and fix the problem.
  13. How many CALLFREE points do I need to make a call ?
    The number of points per minute for a call depends on the country and code you are calling. You can check the amount of points needed per minute in the Rates section of your account.
  14. Where can I make free calls from ?

  15. Where can I make free calls to ?
    You can call any phone, in any country in the world.
  16. Can I make calls or click on ads from any other country besides the USA ?
    No, you can not. Our program only works from the USA.
  17. How do I make calls ?
    After you earned points,
    • Dial 1888callfree (1.888.225.5373) from any phone in the USA.
    • Select language (1 for English, 2 for Spanish, 3 for Portuguese).
    • Press 1 to place your call.
    • Enter the 10 digit PIN, that was emailed to you with the activation email.
    • Dial the destination number, followed by # sign.

    For calls to US, Canada, and the Caribbean dial 1 + area code + number #.

    For calls to any other international destination, dial 011 + country code + number #.

  18. How can I see the activity on my account ?
    Click on Account History and you will be able to see the ads that you completed, the points earned and the calls that you made.
  19. How do I contact you if I have a problem ?
    Click the Report Problem link and send us an email.

  21. How do you protect my Privacy ?
    Your privacy is very important to us. We will never release the information you provide us, unless we have your written permission. While you are on the 1888callfree.com site, your privacy is protected by our Privacy Policy. When you leave our site and visit the sponsors’ sites, please make sure you read and understand their privacy policies as well.
  22. Do you monitor fraud ?
    Yes, we do. In order for us to continue to provide 1888callfree service, we have to ensure the authenticity of the information we receive and is provided to our sponsors. In order to do so, we only allow one account per user and one account per IP address. We reserve the right to terminate any account without notice that is suspected of providing misleading information or attempts fraudulent use
